India is one of the oldest civilisations in the world. Among the many things passed down to us through generations are the indigenous art forms that developed over the years and became an essential part of our society. These art forms are exquisite, highly detailed and a beautiful sight to behold, yet in modern times they are becoming increasingly rare. So we chose R K Puram, a busy metro station, to do our part in bringing them more light. We made very detailed artworks in the styles of Gond, Meenakari, Kalamkari, Tanjore and Madhubani.
