Inspired by Gond

Practised by the Gond community of Madhya Pradesh, Gond art is a particularly beautiful tribal art form, adored by all, that usually depicts scenes from nature. We seized the chance to create an artwork inspired by this detailed style near one of the exits of this Delhi Metro station. The work is so detailed that it took one artist a whole day just to draw the pattern in the peacock's wings. Needless to say, we are proud of the result of our hard work.
